Back To All ProgramsThe Niagara Sledge Hockey League (NSHL) is an inclusive adaptive sports program offering individuals of all ages and abilities the opportunity to participate in sledge hockey. Based in the Niagara Region, the league promotes accessibility, teamwork, and community connection through recreational and competitive play. NSHL provides a welcoming environment where athletes can build skills, confidence, and friendships on and off the ice.
We invite everyone to join the ParaSport Ontario team for the upcoming season of the Niagara Sledge Hockey League, a league that includes all ages, all abilities and all bodies! This is a recreational level program.
